Special lecture on  *Village Councils in the Sixth  and Non  Sixth  Scheduled Areas- working, role and Significance in Democratic India*-  the Special lecture was organized by the Department of Political Science for the final year Major students of the department.  The Lecture was delivered by Dr Lallawmzuala Khiangte, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, ICFAI University,Mizoram.
